Slax是一个可应用的光盘镜像文件，用官方的话说就是装在口袋里的发行版，是基于slackware-current的livecd，它可以在一张CD-ROM小光盘上(3.14"光盘或者USB均可)直接运行,而并不需要安装。你可以用自己喜欢的刻录软件刻录，当然完成以后，你可以直接从光盘启动linux。

This is Slax6 rc6.

slax6-boot.iso is to boot your Slax on USB if your motherboard doesn't support booting from USB.
Simply boot the CD with your USB disk/flash_drive plugged in.

Slax6rc6 is the same like Slax6rc5, while 'fixsound.lzm' is included in TAR and ISO downloads.
I forgot to update rc.alsa script which unmutes sound in Slax, so rc5 doesn't play
any sound unless you unmute PCM and Master channels manually.

The module fixsound.lzm fixes this problem and is already included in rc6.
We are now using amixer instead of rexima, thanks to Quax!

If you have rc5, simply put 'fixsound.lzm' in
/base/ directory.

I'm sorry for these troubles

You may use the same LANGUAGE modules and other modules like in rc5.
